Why Register with J & D?

We have established the registration process in order to protect you and your business. We are a serious wholesale business and, as such, we respect your right as retailers to have special access to the newest products at the best wholesale prices. Requiring registration means that your customers will not be able to buy from our site or see the prices for items on our site. We wouldn’t want the public, your customers, to know your cost on wholesale purchases, & we understand that you wouldn’t, either.

Registration is simple, necessary and, if you have any questions or concerns, please call or contact us. We are always here to help. We encourage you to register and shop with us, and we look forward to starting a long and enjoyable business relationship with you.

If this is the first time you have visited J&D and you don’t feel comfortable with our registration process, you may want to visit our Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) section to get answers to your questions about payment, shipping, delivery, etc.

The registration process is very simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Registration Page and fill out our registration form and click "Register".
  2. You will automatically receive an email confirming your registration. In that email, there will be a link to a form called the "Texas Resale Tax Certificate," which certifies that the items you buy from us are for resale. Once you fill it out, you can fax it back to us at 214.748.5569, scan and email it to us, or mail it back to us at:

  3. You will receive an email letting you know that your account is activated and you are ready to shop.

If you have a tax number from another state, you will still need to fill out "Texas Resale Certificate (Form 01-339)". Just enter your out-of-state tax number in the tax number field.

If you are an international customer, you don't need to fill out the "Texas Resale Certificate". Please send or fax us a copy of your local business registration or equivalent document.

Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer and we already have your tax number on file, but this is the first time you use our website, please click here to create a new account. After you create it, please call us at 1-866-997-4227 and we will be happy to activate your wholesale account.
